15.0 | Minor flooding begins at the gage site. In addtion, the Cowskin River Floating public access area on the west side of Highway 43, begins to flood. A low water crossing at the Cowskin River Floating access area becomes impassable between 12 & 15. This is also the access road to the RV Park. Hermans campground, two miles upstream from the bridge floods. |
