| 22.0 | Extensive flooding of low-lying areas and bottom land will occur. The Missouri-Pacific Railroad tracks flood near Lyons. |
| 18.0 | Some flooding of low-lying areas and bottom land occurs...especially along the right bank. |
| 17.0 | The banks begin to overflow at the gage site. |
| 14.5 | Overflows occur and flow through culverts that are located both north and south of the gage. |
