17.9 | The older section of the small town of Waverly floods. Several evacuations are necessary. Sandbagging prevents much flooding. |
17.8 | Flood waters cover the flood plain along State Road 39 connecting State Road 37 and 67 just southwest of Martinsville. Flood causes the evacuation of a few people and damages Blue Bluff Road near IPL Power Plant. Local river roads are impassable. |
15.3 | Extensive flooding of agricultural lands. Blue Bluff and Paragon roads are impassable. Flood waters affect a few homes in Waverly. |
