In addition, Dallas is restricted from a) diverting 833.4 acre feet per year from its 19,381.4 acre feet per year associated with its Run of the River water right (08-2457), at times when the diversion is taken at the Elm Fork Water Treatment Plant and b) diverting water associated with this permit at its Elm Fork Water Treatment Plant.
