Flood waters surround about 10 houses just west of road near the Executive Inn. Kelso Cr has extensive backwater. Wabash River is within a few inches of closing Oliphant Dr at Kelso Cr. Fort Knox Road floods at Snapp Creek. Kimmell Park extensively floods. Rural route between St. Francesville, Illinois and Vincennes floods by several feet.
