Flood waters will reach the lower portion of the instrument shelter for the USGS DCP which houses the river gage stages. State Highway C, southwest of Schell City will be the only access to town. |

In addition, low areas on Old River Road, northwest of Schell City, will become impassable for a few residences north of Fifth Avenue. |
