| 18.0 | The Southern Pacific Railroad tracks may be overtopped. Major damage and rapid flooding is likely east of tracks in much of Continental and eastern sections of Sahuarita. |
| 17.0 | Major flooding occurs between Continental and the Tucson City limits with numerous homes and businesses flooded. The Interstate 19 bridge is threatened near kilometer marker 92. |
| 16.0 | Bank protection is overtopped in Green Valley and Continental, flooding numerous homes and businesses. Much of Nogales Highway between Continental Road and Pima Mine Road floods...and several bridge crossings are either threatened or overtopped. Low lying areas in Sahuarita between Villita Road and Santa Rita Road will flood. |
| 15.0 | Erosion damage begins at Haven Golf Course. Sections of Nogales Highway are also threatened near Continental and between Sahuarita and Pima Mine Roads. Homes on the right bank may flood due to backup from the Continental Road bridge. |
| 14.0 | Approaches to the Pima Mine Road and Sahuarita Road bridges are threatened. Considerable erosion is likely outside soil cement bank protection. Pecan orchards in Green Valley will be flooded 1 to 3 feet in some sections. |
