| 11.0 | Major flooding will occur in the town of Washington. Flood waters will reach up to the intersection of Market and Second Street. Many businesses and homes will flood in Washington. widespread maor flooding will occur all along the Pamlico River as well as along its tributaries. Many evacutions will be needed. |
| 8.0 | Major flooding in and around the town of Washington and in the Wichards Beach area. Water will flood up to Main Street in the town of Washington. Numerous residences in Whichards Beach, Portside and Bayside Shores will flood. Evacuations will be needed. |
| 7.0 | Significant flooding of the town of Washington along with major flooding of Whichards Beach and all surrounding areas. Evacuations may be needed especially in the Wichards Beach area where numerous residences and roads will flood. |
| 4.5 | Both the Pamlico River and Chocowinity Bay begin to flood the Twin Lakes Campground as well as Bayside Shores and Portside. Water will reach homes in Bayside shores and access to locations in and around Whichards Beach will be cut off by flood waters. Minor flooding begins in the town of Washington. |
| 4.0 | Water backs up Rodmand Creek and beging to flood Whichards Beach Road. This road is the only access into the Whichards Beach and surrounding areas such as Twin Lakes, Portside and Bayside Shores. Roads in Bayside Shores also begin to flood. |
