Water is nearing the second floor in Williamsburg Apartments. In Lafayette, water is several feet deep in commercial and industrial areas along Canal and Sycamore Street. Flood waters are up to 4th St., less than 2 blocks for the courthouse. |

Water begins to flow over State and Brown Streets. Water is several feet deep in Williamsburg Apartments. In Lafayette, 1st Street floods. |
28.0 | Major flooding is in progress. In West Lafayette, businesses in Levee Plaza and along State and Wood streets begin to flood. Flooding and possible evacuations in Williamsburg Apartments. West Lafayette Wastewater Treatment Plant floods. In Lafayette, industrial and commercial flooding expands along Canal and Sycamore Streets. Canal and Sycamore Streets are nearly impassable. Water is several feet deep in many rural areas of Tippecanoe County. Access to low areas is possible by boat. |

This includes Levee Plaza Merchants, Williamsburg apartments and the wastewater plant in West Lafayette. Businesses along Canal and Sycamore Streets flood in Lafayette. Evacuations are necessary from river cabins, residences along North River Road near Wabash Valley Hospital, and North 9th St. North 9th Street, North River Road closes. Happy Hollow Road and North River Road floods. |
22.0 | Near serious flooding is in progress. Flood waters affects access to Wabash Valley Hospital and numerous local river roads. During agricultural season extensive crop damage occurs. Roads that flood include, SR 43 near Soldiers Home, SR 225 near Battleground, SR 218 near Deer Creek, N 9th Street, Hogpoint Rd between Americus and Battleground, SR 26 8 miles west of West Lafayette, a county road south of Heath, Division Road and Granville Road south of Lafayette. Basement flooding along N River Road begins. |
21.0 | Shamrock Park floods. Residents begin to move out. The following areas in Lafayette flood include Edgelea, Tecumseh, and Southlea additions and the area bounded by US 52 bypass, North 9th St, and Schuyler Avenue. |
20.0 | Extensive flooding is in progress. Flood waters begin to cover Stair Road located on the southeast side of the river just off SR 225 in NE Tippecanoe County. Many river cabins are isolated by high water. River cabins near I-65 are affected by high water. River Road near Wabash Valley Hospital floods. River residents become concerned. |
18.0 | Extensive flooding is in progress. Flooding covers many acres of agricultural land. River cabins become isolated. Indiana 225 closed by high water. River Road, the western approach to Granville Bridge and higher county roads begin to flood. High water affects river cabins near Fort Quiatenon area. County Road 775 East near Americus in Northeast Tippecanoe County begins to flood. All parks in the West Lafayette and Lafayette areas are flooded. |
16.0 | Lowland flooding is in progress. Flood waters near State Road 225 between Indiana 25 and Battleground. A few county roads are nearly impassable. McAllister Park Golf Course floods. High water increasing affects and isolates some river cabins. Post Ouiatenon site begins to flood downstream of Lafayette. |
14.0 | Lowland flooding is in progress. High water affects McAllister Park Golf Course in Lafayette and river cabins near North 9th Street. Low county roads are nearly impassable. Tapawingo Park in West Lafayette begins to flood. |
