16.0 | Water is within one foot of Rose street near interstate 90 and the eastbound I-90 exit is closed. La Fond street on French Island is closed. East and west bound lanes on Clinton street between La Crosse and French Island are reduced to two lanes with one lane closed in each direction. The shelter and ball parks in Copeland park may be flooded. |

14.0 | Flooding begins to threaten homes in the shore acres area. Water begins to impact homes and businesses along La Fond avenue and Bainbridge street on French Island. Water begins to go over the road at Copeland park with some water into the ball parks. Water is near the bottom of the Pettibone beach house shelter and water is nearly over the road at Houska park near the wastewater treatment plant. Water also begins to spread into Riverside park. |
