30.0 | Railroad and highway bridges overtopped. Water approximate half way up Clifton Levee. |
27.0 | Gas and service station north of Highway 191 bridge threatened. |
26.0 | Water reaches bottom of Highway 191 bridge. Historically, debris lodged at Highway 191 and railroad bridges have caused a significant backup of water. |
24.0 | Structures on west bank...including motel and Chamber of Commerce building (old train station) threatened. Water reaches bottom of railroad bridge. Debris pileups at railroad bridge have historically happened at this point. |
22.0 | Overbank flows begin on the northwest side of Clifton. Water approaches bottom of railroad bridge. Clifton flood gates have been historically closed at this point cutting the town in half. |
