Much of State Route 1 is covered...as well as secondary roads along the river. Low areas of Laurel...Alpine and Nulltown are impacted. |

| 21.0 | Lowland flooding worsens in Alpine...Laurel and Nulltown. Water extending on to some county roads in southern Fayette and northern Franklin Counties will make these low lying roads impassable. |
